Job Title: Inside Parts SalespersonLocation: Jackson, MNJob Type : Temp to PermPay: $24/HourMon – Fri 1 st shift 7:30am – 5pm/2 nd shift 12:30pm – 9pmJob Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail oriented Inside Parts Salesperson to join our team. This role involves selling heavy equipment or machinery parts, providing excellent customer service, and managing inventory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a good understanding of parts and components, and a passion for helping customers find the right solutions.Responsibilities:

Engage with customers via phone, email, and in-person to assess their needs and recommend suitable parts.

Provide quotes and process orders efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Follow up on leads and build relationships with repeat customers.

Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the parts inventory, including specifications, features, and applications.

Stay updated on new products and industry trends to effectively advise customers.

Assist in managing stock levels, including receiving and organizing incoming inventory.

Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies to management.

Ensure proper labeling and storage of parts.

Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and inventory levels.

Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.

Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly targets and goals.

Provide technical support and advice to customers regarding parts compatibility and installation.

Troubleshoot basic issues and recommend solutions when necessary.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certification or degree is a plus.

Proven experience in sales, preferably in automotive or machinery parts.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficient in using sales software and inventory management systems.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
