Salary: $22 to $30HR / $600-$700WK Per Diem
Job Description: We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as a General Laborer, Connector, Detailer or Rigger for our steel erection projects in numerous areas in MS and surrounding areas. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in the construction industry and grow with a reputable company.
Responsibilities:
Assist Steel Erectors with the installation of structural steel components.
Load and unload materials and equipment at the job site.
Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision.
Clean and maintain work areas to ensure safety and efficiency.
Follow instructions from supervisors and experienced team members.
Learn and adhere to safety protocols and regulations.
Requirements:
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Punctuality and reliability.
Basic understanding of construction and safety practices (preferred but not required).
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred but not required).
