Your voice matters here, because we know that to inspire and retain the best people, we must empower them.Providence is calling a Director, Finance who will:Be responsible for the financial oversight of assigned ministries, including:Monitoring financial performanceVariance reportingSupporting the achievement of productivity and supply chain targetsParticipating in ministry level management meetingsServe as a key liaison to accounts payable and payroll process, in support of the managers and senior leaders throughout the ministriesAssist in facilitation of capital projects as prioritized and approved through regional and system processesAssist with development of ministry budgetsProvide assistance as needed to the ministry senior management team and departmental leaders as they work to achieve annual and long term strategiesBe Responsible for:Development and management of dashboardsAchievement of internal audit recommendationsLeading special projects as assigned for both the ministry and the regionReview of monthly financial statementsPartnership with the PSJH accounting team to accurately reflect economics representative of operational and clinical servicesPlease note the following important details regarding this role:This role is an onsite position and will report onsite daily as scheduledThis role requires for you to be located within a commutable distance of our office location listed below:Texas: LubbockWork Week: Monday - FridayWork Shift: DayRelocation Details:Providence is open to considering applicants from other states outside of TexasPlease note a selected applicant who resides outside of the State of Texas, WILL BE required to relocate to the Lubbock Texas area within 1-3 months of an established start dateIf you are located in another state upon start, you will be required to travel for onsite presence throughout the work weekProvidence is willing to provide a relocation package for relocation to Lubbock, TexasProvidence will consider applicants from anywhere within the United States with the exception of the below listed States:ColoradoHawaiiMassachusettsNew YorkOhioPennsylvaniaRequired qualifications for this position include:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or another related field of study8+ years of experience within a leadership role10+ years of closely related work experience (Ex.
