The Bus Aide is a vital part of the school family and interacts with all center staff and children daily, so they must be friendly, flexible and a team player. The Bus Aide ensures that children are carefully secured in their seats and that they follow safety rules when riding the bus. They provide child engagement through activities such as singing, fingerplays, stories and positive conversation.
