We have multiple mobile home parks in the Holts Summit and Jefferson City area.
We are looking for Full Time Maintenance and Rehab help.
This position is for an independent contractor.
Must have their own transportation and tools (we will provide materials).
We are looking for someone with experience working on mobile homes.
The job will involve:
- Completing work orders
- Ground Maintenance
- Some plumbing work
- Rehab
We need someone available Mon-Fri and on call for emergency calls.
