Physician Relations Specialist (Remote)

This Physician Relations Specialist will be responsible for conducting phone interviews with graduating residents and fellow physicians to gain their valuable personal recruitment information that physician healthcare organizations require to successfully recruit and place qualified physicians. Essential Duties Include:Complete phone interviews with physicians to obtain their personal contact information and future practice desiresPlace outbound calls to physicians in regards to future practice opportunitiesConnect with residents/fellows on social media platformInform physicians on PracticeMatch's career resourcesReceive inbound calls from physicians, hospitals, and administratorsWork independently in order to meet their daily and weekly quota of phone call attempts as well as physicians interviewedProduce between 80-100 calls each day
