You will work and learn alongside experienced staff as you perfect your skills. Your responsibilities will include setting up and operating machines for production runs, ensuring the correct tooling and programs are being run for each job, adjusting machine feed and speed, changing tooling, and making adjustments to machine controls during malfunctions. You will also calculate machine speed and feed ratios, as well as the size and position of each cut, use precision measuring tools, and maintain a clean and organized work area.Hard Skills
