Staff Accountant

Express Employment Professionals is hiring an Staff Accountant for a local Flathead Valley building company!Work schedule: Full-time, long term opportunity! Monday-Friday day shiftResponsibilities:Include, but not limited to: Fixed assets, GL account reconciliations, assisting with daily EFT review, daily communication with A/P and A/R team members, monitoring certain internal control procedures, vendor/customer new account setup review, year-end 1099 procedures, tracking department calendar and various critical deliverable dates, month-end checklist maintenance.Reconcile assigned G/L accounts.Assist with A/P and A/R procedures related to month-end close and other various related tasks.Obtaining supporting documentation for various internal and external audit requests.Suggest and help drive improvements and efficiencies in processes and procedures.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, and 2+ years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience in Sage 100 a plus.Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy.Able to manage multiple and competing tasks and priorities.“Apply Now” orcall Express Employment Professionals at 406-257-2255 to get started today!Express Employment Professionals can help you find the job that perfectly fits your needs and abilities, and you’ll never pay a fee for our services and support.Locally owned.
