Bookkeeper

Established specialty distribution business near the City Market is seeking an experienced bookkeeper to work M-F. Benefits include good pay, medical, 401k, and working for a profitable small business with a family-like atmosphere staffed by long-term employees. Responsibilities include invoicing, AP, AR, GL, generating monthly financials, checkbook and cash sales reconciliation, checking credit references for new accounts and collecting past due accounts, which requires people skills as most of our larger, open account customers have been with us for many years.
