AM Prep Cook Position: Hemma Hemma

The team at Hemma Hemma is looking for an AM prep cook. This position is full-time. The hours are 8AM-4PM Wednesday through Sunday. Ideal applicants would have at least 1 year of experience as a prep cook or line cook. To be considered, you must be able to read and produce recipes. Ideal candidates would have good working knowledge of food safety practices. This position requires the use of a knife, blender, immersion blender, food processor, and other kitchen tools.
