Maintain Strang Halls food and service quality standards at all times
Take responsibility for freshness and quality of all food- from prep to presentation
Follow opening, restocking, and closing checklists
Work efficiently and respectfully with team members
Stay calm under pressure while maintaining a sense of urgency
Have a positive attitude at all times
Desire to learn and develop with Strang Hall and be willing cross train into other positions as needed
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
A high school diploma or equivalent preferred
Must be 18 years of age
Prior experience in related food service positions preferred
Moderate reading and writing skills; ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures
Promotes positive public relations with guests
Proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills; cooperates and works together with all co-workers; plan and complete job duties with minimal supervisory direction
