Responsibilities:
-Performing maintenance on heating and air conditioning equipment to ensure peak efficiency.
-Testing heating and cooling systems to identify issues and provide necessary repairs.
-Understanding and embracing the company's core values and philosophies.

-Creating and fostering customer relationships with professionalism and courtesy.
-Ensuring customer satisfaction and happiness through exemplary service.
-Maintaining cleanliness and neatness as per company policy.
-Responding to service calls promptly and effectively.
-Maintaining technical competency and attending necessary training courses.
-Keeping service vehicles clean and well-maintained.
-Upholding personal appearance in line with company standards.
-Maintaining accurate inventory on the service truck.
-Participating in inventory counts and inspections as required.
-Completing paperwork accurately and timely.
-Utilizing company systems for invoicing and service agreements.
-Pursuing NATE certification and company training programs.
-Developing personal skills as directed by the service management team.
Qualification:
-Proven experience in HVAC service and repair
-Strong hands-on and technical skills.
-Excellent customer service and communication skills
-Technical aptitude and willingness to pursue further training
-Valid driver's license and clean driving record
-Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in various environmental conditions
Salary and Benefits:
-Full Time
-Starting salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year. (Dependent on the Technicians certifications.
-Basic Insurance.
-Generous training.
-2-3 weeks PTO.
