JOB SUMMARY: As a Collision Repair Estimator, you'll be the bridge between our customers and technicians-assesing vehicle damage, preparing accurate estimates, and guiding clients through the repair process with confidence and care.
KEY RESPONSIBILTIES;
Inspect damaged vehicles and document necessary repairs. Prepare detailed repair estimates using CCC ONE software. Communicate with insurance companies to ensure proper claim handling. Collaborate with technicians to ensure accurate labor and parts estimates.
Provide exceptional customer throughout the repair process. Maintain organized records and follow up on repair status
QUALIFICATIONS:
2 + years of experience in collision estimating. Proficiency with estimating software. (CCCONE, Mitchell, Audatex). Strong
understanding of auto body repair process. Excellent communication and customer service skills. I- CAR certification a plus.
