Immediate Need – Metal Fabricator
Location: Liberty, MO
Pay: $25 per hour

Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, weld symbols, and dimensions to determine project specifications Operate a wide range of metalworking machinery, including saws, welders, drills, grinders, and cutting tools Fabricate, assemble, and weld metal components with precision and accuracy Maintain accurate notes and records of all project details and progress Inspect final products to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications Maintain a clean and safe work area while following company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in metal fabrication or a related field Proficient in MIG welding with knowledge of other welding techniques (TIG, Stick, etc.) Strong math aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under deadlines Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Basic computer skills for reading digital blueprints and documentation Knowledge of metal finishing processes such as grinding, polishing, or painting
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent required Technical or vocational training in welding, fabrication, or related fields is highly preferred
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs Comfortable standing for extended periods Physically able to maneuver and position heavy materials and equipment as needed
