Job Title: QA Complaints SpecialistJob DescriptionThe QA Complaints Specialist is primarily responsible for monitoring the safety, quality, and efficacy of radiopharmaceutical products by receiving, capturing and evaluating product feedback reports in accordance with current FDA and Health Canada regulations. The role involves capturing, reviewing and analyzing product complaints, collaborating with field service and manufacturing site personnel, conducting trend analyses, preparing and delivering accurate reports of product performance, and providing oversight of customer usage experiences. A typical day includes managing the intake of complaints, monitoring pharmacovigilance, coordinating projects, and writing reports. The ideal candidate understands radiopharmaceuticals, with experience in a nuclear pharmacy or similar environment.Hard Skills
Knowledge of the clinical area, including products, procedures, and scientific and medical literature
Experience interacting with regulatory agencies such as the FDA
Writing skills
Comfortable and capable of expertly using software programs (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
Scientific literature evaluations skills
Involvement with field actions for drugs and/or medical devices
Soft Skills
Problem solving and analytical skills
Sound organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
Ability to build productive relationships with personnel
Job TypeThis is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).Work EnvironmentThe position is 100% remote, with all work being office/desk based. Communication is largely via emails and Teams meetings, and there may be occasional travel to the site to understand processes.
