Bachelor Degree in Engineering; Industrial & Management Systems Engineer, Innovation & Management or Data Analytics Engineers and Engineering Management or other with utility experience encouraged to apply; open to May 2024 graduates
Ability to demonstrate and maintain a good safety record
Results-driven, analytical and creative thinker, innovative problem solver, self-motivated and proactive, highly organized and have the ability to handle multiple and simultaneous tasks to meet aggressive deadlines
Experience creating dashboards in Tableau or similar program
Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Practical working knowledge of Microsoft applications
Valid drivers license or the ability to obtain one
Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement
Ability to travel overnight as required for business up to 20% of the time
Ability to pass a background check
Ability to obtain a Professional Engineer's License is desired
Knowledge of Power BI, Azure Synapse Analytics or other analytical tools preferred
Experience with Python and SQL a plus
DUTIES INCLUDE:
Drive data quality and innovation across the organization
Develop best practices and frameworks for providing high quality work
Identify, design, and implement innovative internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-design data processes for greater scalability, etc.
Read, analyze and interpret operation and maintenance guidelines and procedures
Be familiar with data management systems and related systems
Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists and business leaders to develop and deploy data driven analytical models
Apply advanced mathematical concepts and analyze and manipulate data
Research industry best practices around Wildfire Mitigation, include engineering and material solutions
Develop, write, maintain, and evaluate standards or working documents for Wildfire Mitigation
Develop program benefit reports and economic evaluations
Produce queries, reports and analytics for internal and external stakeholders
Conduct work meetings to facilitate discussions and document processes
Establish and maintain effective working relationships
Adhere to company safety standards and the Code of Business Conduct & Ethics

Full-time positions.$62,900 - $135,200 annually, depending on experience.
