Assists department in carrying out various human resource programs and procedures for all company employees
Collaborate with HR Generalist on employee requests and timecard processing. Oversee the daily operation of time and attendance systems, ADP and ensure accurate recording of employee hours, including regular time, overtime, attendance points and leave. Work closely with the CSI payroll department to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding timekeeping, attendance, and related policies.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulations related to timekeeping and attendance. Perform regular audits of the timekeeping system to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Assist in the writing of HR procedures, ensuring they adhere to ISO 14001 format.
Maintain the driver records by ensuring MVR, DOT certification and Drivers license are up to date.
Maintain annual audiogram records for the affected employees and conduct periodic audit of the records.
Maintain Employees certification records for the company filing records and other HR related and administrative duties as assigned.
Skills and/or Education Requirements:
High School diploma or GED
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and attention to details
Ability to exercise poise, tactfulness, diplomacy, and good interpersonal skills in order to handle sensitive and confidential situations
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good to excellent spelling, grammar and written communication skills
Experience Required:
0-2 years experience in recruiting or marketing (preferably with HR )
Familiarity with basic HR functions and employment laws.
Experience and/or Education Preferred:
Excellent organization and strong analytical skills
Specialized course work in general office practices such as typing, filing, accounting
Ability solve problems, answer questions and evaluate results of performance
