As an Account Manager you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and existing customer revenue of software implementations. What you get to do?
  • Own Tier 1 accounts (10-15) with the primary objectives to increase customer satisfaction and revenue from these accounts.
  • Evaluate customer needs to suggest upgrades, additional features adoption or best practices.
  • Answer product-related queries in a timely manner.
  • Maintain customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide reports back to our delivery and Solution strategy teams on product and project performance.
  • Work cross functionally with the Sales, Solutions Engineering and Delivery during account transitions, project deliveries and account growth.
  • Own and drive the entire sales cycle from opportunity identification to closure.
  • Build deep relationships within your accounts at many levels (executive, platform owners, IT Directors,)

Position requirements:
  • Knowledge of selling complex enterprise IT consulting/solutions.
  • Experience either in System Integration, IT Consulting, IT Services, SaaS or CRM/ERP software
  • Good technical and product knowledge of or similar workflow automation platform
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
  • Proactive and highly motivated
  • Good Negotiation skills
  • Client relationship management
  • Willingness and ability to work in complex, globally distributed and diverse environments.

Qualifications:
  • BA/BS University degree with a concentration engineering or sales preferred
  • 5-10 years of industry experience
