Project Manager desired with 5+ years of Corporate and/or Government Construction Project Management experience. Hospital New Construction and Hospital Renovation experience is a plus.
This is a fulltime salaried benefited position. Available immediately in SE Missouri. Other PM Direct and Contract Positions are also available. Estimated first year’s salary is $85,000 annually for this opening.
Principle duties include:
1. Ensure all Safety Items, Requirements and Plans are followed.
2. Have a solid Understanding and Knowledge of the project(s).
3. Have solid experience with Scheduling Tools, PC’s, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Etc.
4. Complete all Scheduling, Coordination and Management of all trades on the job site.
5. Prepare Daily Report’s, Progress Photos, Visitors, Inspections.
6. Coordinate Issue and Resolutions with the subs, customers, architects and engineers
7. Communicate clearly, precisely, and accurately. Document your communications.
Documentation
1. Document any and all conversations that you need to. Even if you and sub, customer, architect etc. agree to something and it does not involve a change to the SOW or Price.
Cleanliness
1. Ensure that the work area is kept clean and free from unnecessary debris.
Pre-Punch List
1. Pre-Punch the work. When the job is winding down conduct and document a pre-punch list and corrections. Provide this to the client, architect, and engineer. Always aim for a Zero punch list on the punch list walk through with the customer.
Punch List
1. Complete it with quality work, the first time through.
Final Clean and Turnover
1. Make certain it is clean and everything is 100% complete and ready for turnover.
Professionalism/Education
1. Must have a professional attitude, behavior, communication skills, organizational skills and the ability to resolve issues that reflect positively on yourself and the company.
2. A background check, drug test and no felonies are required.
3. Bachelor’s degree in related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
4. PMP Certification, or equivalent experience.
5. OSHA30 Certification.
