Job Duties

Support the Human Resources team as needed.

Develop compensation structures to optimize employee hiring and retention.

Maintain all district reporting requirements and paperwork related to the worker's compensation such as lost time claims.

Review metrics and models to predict and understand salary trends.

Assist in yearly project of risk management and safety budget.

Evaluate all current remuneration packages.

Establish compensation packages for new hires and for any new positions created.

Predict future trends to steer the company in a positive direction.

Ensuring company compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements

Certified Compensation Professional certificate is required.

Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources required

Level of Excellence in Customer Service

Experience in Home Care/Home Health Care/Hospice preferred.

Minimum 1 year of Office Experience is required; HR experience a definite plus.

Computer Proficiency (Microsoft Office & Windows Operating System)

Patient & Attentive Listener with a Positive & Outgoing Attitude

Initiative-driven individual who looks for opportunities to make daily office tasks enjoyable
