DescriptionPeaceHealth is seeking a LPN Clinic Remote for a Full Time, 1.00 FTE, Day position. The salary range for this job opening at PeaceHealth is $26.18 – $39.28. The hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to education, training, work experience, terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement, seniority, etc.DETAILS OF THE POSITION:

Implements and evaluates patient care under the supervision of an RN or provider. Participates in the communication of a patient-specific care plan.

Obtains and conveys information to and from patients, pharmacies, and other providers as directed and supervised by a licensed provider. May obtain referral authorizations for treatment as directed by the provider.

Documents patient care in the health record according to organizational standards.

Delegates, prioritizes, requests and accepts guidance and assistance from others to assure delivery of care in a safe and timely manner.

Ensures own professional effectiveness through continued education and professional development.

Attends virtual meetings as required.

Performs other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU BRING:

Accredited State Board of Nursing LPN Program required.

Minimum of 1 year Preferred: Clinical experience as an LPN.

Required: EMR experience.

Preferred: EPIC experience.

Required: Demonstrated knowledge of and ability to apply age specific principles of growth and development and life stages to meet each patient's needs.

Required Upon Hire: Licensed Practical Nurse - Oregon.

Required Upon Hire: Basic Life Support.

Ability to work from home in a secure environment free of distractions with appropriate high speed connectivity. (Required)

Demonstrated ability to promote positive interpersonal relationships and patient/family centered work environment. (Required)

Basic computer skills including MS Office applications. (Required)

Effective prioritization skills. (Required)

Ability to work in an independent and remote environment. (Required)

Knowledge of Medicare, JCAHO & HCFA regulations pertaining to ambulatory care. (Required)

Professional and patient-centered phone etiquette. (Required)
