Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Construction/Maintenance Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a broad range of construction and maintenance skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. This position entails a range of tasks, including basic repairs, construction support, facility maintenance, and general labor duties.
Key Responsibilities:
-Perform general construction tasks, including but not limited to: framing, quartz countertop installations, drywall, painting, flooring, repairs to log cabins, etc.
-Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on buildings and equipment
-Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
-Complete work orders and document maintenance and repair activities
-Maintain a clean and safe work environment
-Follow all safety regulations and company procedures
-Assist with other duties as assigned
Requirements:
-Proven experience in construction, general maintenance, or a similar field
-Basic knowledge of carpentry
-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
-Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Compensation:
18+ per hour, depending on experience
