Telecommunications/fiber optic cable installer

I am looking for a hard, reliable worker who will be on time and ready to work. Work consists of digging for the placement of fiber optic cables and locating for a directional bore machine. Must be able to use a shovel! We use equipment where we can, and there will be cleanup behind that as well. The task at hand is to place fiber optic cables from the pedestals to the house. Will be at multiple jobsites per day, so you will have to be able meet of a morning and will be riding with a 2 or possibly a 3 man crew to each jobsite. summer hours will depend on weather, but on days with no rain, it will be approximately 630am to whenever we get done in the afternoon. Should be part-time to full-time employment. It will start out training at $17/hr, and after the first month, after a good evaluation, I will bump it up to $18. The sky is the limit after that. There will be an opportunity to move up to an operator as well. Any experience in telecommunication installs would be great!
