Heavy Equipment Operator/ Underground Storm Utility

Looking for an experienced heavy equipment operator for our storm water utility crew. Someone who can operate a variety of equipment, primarily excavator and backhoe, cut grade, understand a job site, read grade stakes and blue prints. All work is in or near Springfield.
