This position is a support position to fabrication and rental aspects of production. The Detailer will create drawings to support estimating and proposals. Once a job has been sold the Detailer will produce construction drawings, ground plans, and setup instructions. Additional responsibilities may include purchasing, inventorying, and managing client and ITC inventory as necessary.
Required Qualifications
-Certificate of training for 3D AutoCAD; or 2 year’s drafting experience
-Ability to self-manage time and meet deadlines
-Compelling communicator
-Proven ability to work in a high-pressure environment and maintain composure against obstacles, solving problems with keen insight
-Willingness to work nonstandard work hours, weekends and travel occasionally (up to 2 weeks/yr)
-Adept at building relationships (internal & external) and working in a team environment
-Fluency in 3D AutoCAD and Office Suite (including formulas in Excel)
-Preference will be given to someone who has experience with event logistics, technical staging, A/V, and construction processes
