Find your future with us.Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Supplier Quality Project Management Specialist to join the Supplier Quality Functional Excellence team in St. Louis, MO in a virtual capacity.Position Responsibilities:Develop overall project plan consistent with project objectives as defined by the project owner and key stakeholders in accordance with accepted project management standards in the industry (e.g., PMI, Project Management Body of Knowledge [PMBOK], ANSI, and ISO standards)

Work to improve Supplier Quality (SQ) processes and business systems that support project decision makers.

Lead the development, planning and execution of employee-related activities and initiatives.

Partner with SQ leaders on long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives.

Lead the development and deployment of training SQ content for new hires.

Collaborate with subject matter experts, suppliers, partners and customers to deploy broad organizational training (development opportunities)

This position has been identified as a virtual opportunity and does not require applicants to live in St. Louis, MO.The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Project, Primavera, or other project management tools

3+ years experience leading a large project or program which required the use of project management tools & processes

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Experience working in a virtual environment
