Create compelling and customized internal and external communications, messages, and supporting materials with superior quality. This includes, but is not limited to, communication content (e.g., videos, virtual postcards, PowerPoint presentations, SharePoint content, people manager and employee toolkits).

Create training strategies, training needs assessments, and training curriculum for assigned project(s). May create training content and manage training logistics, such as scheduling and attendance tracking as needed.

Prepare, equip, and support impacted stakeholder groups to adopt new ways of working, aligning them to the change strategy and the role they play in successful execution.

Support UAT and Go Live, working closely with the project team and impacted stakeholders for a seamless transition. Develop and support post-go-live plans to enhance the adoption and utilization of the new processes and technology.

Identify and document change impacts to each stakeholder group, understanding the current state, the desired future state, and the delta between.

Lead change network activities, including planning, developing, and executing change network meeting content, serving as a point of contact for change champions.

Develop adoption metrics to measure the effectiveness of the change strategy for each assigned project. Monitor readiness and adoption throughout project lifecycle and adjust strategy and plans as needed to improve.

Support development of enterprise change management practice at Advantage, including contributing to the asset library and providing guidance and advisory services to the organization.

Minimum QualificationsEducation Level: (Required):Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceEducation Level: (Preferred):Master’s Degree or equivalent experience5+ Years of experience

Prosci certification preferred

Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) certification preferred

Experience leading change management for complex technical projects, includingSponsor Alignment & Coaching, Stakeholder Analysis, Role Mapping, Instructional Design, Communication, Surveys, Training, and post-go-live planning and support

Experience developing and delivering impactful presentations to varying stakeholder audiences (e.g., executives, people leaders, end users)

Experience with large-scale business transformations impacting thousands of stakeholders

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

Knowledge of change management research and best practices

Knowledge of adult learning theories and best practices

Ability to develop executive-level communication content and presentations

Ability to coach, guide, and influence others to adopt new ways of working

Ability to analyze data and make decisions and/or recommendations based on data

Software: Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, graphic/multimedia tools (e.g., Vyond, Canva), survey analysis tools
