The technician will be responsible for completing manufacture of various solutions and media per written formulation instructions, adhering to facility SOPs and complying with regulatory standards.  In addition, the technician will complete the training for the manufacturing operations group and fill in as needed during production runs.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIESManage own time and professional development, and be accountable for own results.Prioritize own workflow.Execute manufacturing of solutions and media in compliance with cGMP regulations and SOPs.Execute unit operations in the manufacturing operations group, including cell culture and fermentation, column chromatography, and ultrafiltration.Increase efficiency of the solutions prep group through review of daily practices and implementation of solutions to fix common issues.Perform troubleshooting of solutions prep equipment and operations.Report any deviation or observation that might lead to adverse impact to product quality.
