As a Parts Warehouse team member, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our parts department operates smoothly and efficiently every day. Your work will directly contribute to keeping trucks moving and our customers satisfied.1st, 2nd and Weekend Shifts Available.What You’ll Do:Receive and Verify Parts: Handle all inbound parts, including new parts, cores, returns, and more. Ensure accuracy in part numbers, quantities, and condition, and notify management of any discrepancies.Stock and Organize: Accurately stock items in their correct locations to maintain an organized warehouse.Process Orders: Receive requests, pull orders for will-call or customer delivery, and process front and back counter tickets with attention to detail and timeliness.Package and Ship: Securely package products, create accurate documentation, and arrange shipments via UPS, FedEx, or our interbranch service.Handle Large Shipments: Safely secure products for transport using palletizing, shrink wrapping, and banding equipment, and accurately create Bills of Lading (BOL) for LTL shipments.Manage Returns: Process vendor returns for damaged, inaccurate, or excess parts, and handle warranty parts for vendor inspection following our policies.Use Equipment Safely: Operate equipment like forklifts, pallet jacks, and dollies responsibly, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.Join a team that takes pride in delivering excellence every day.
