How does this role impact our success?

You will play a critical, hands-on role in the services we provide to our customers: responsibly recycling containers and formulating and packaging the products needed for the agriculture industry. What you’ll be doing:

You will consistently m aintain a clean and safe work area .

S afely and properly o perate pneumatic powered conveyer line to wash large plastic drums

P eriodically c onduct quality checks .

Diagnose common equipment/product issues and communicate them to the maintenance team.

Accurately m easure various production material s and p ump products into or out of tanks, totes, drums, and jugs .

Adhere to production schedules and consistently meet assigned metrics.

Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to maximize safety and production and minimize downtime .

Other duties as assigned .

What makes you the right fit?

You have worked in a n industrial or manufacturing environment

You have earned a high school diploma or equivalent certification

You can recognize and distinguish between different colors

Your skills and abilities include mechanical aptitude and great hand/eye coordination

You can proficiently read, write, and understand English

Y ou have knowledge of pumping/blending equipment, special hand tools, and industrial machinery .

It’s also a plus if you have experience operating a forklift or, even better, a forklift certification .

You must be able to:

L ift /carry up to 50lbs .

Obtain a full - face respirator certificatio n .

T alk , hear, stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel , and reach with the hands and arms.
