Organizes and leads all aspects of the due diligence process necessary to support complex merger, acquisition and divestiture transactions.
Develops and manages project work plans and deliverables consistent with identified scope, timelines and objectives.
Provides financial guidance and healthcare industry strategic insight needed to develop business plans and supports the Integrated Strategic, Operational and Financial planning process, including working with and/or managing external resources.
Leads cross functional work teams to assist in problem identification and resolution, and formulates and implements the organization's subsidiaries strategic priorities, business plans and integrated strategic, operational and financial plans.
What You Will Need Education:
Master’s degree in Health Administration, Business Administration or related field required.
Work Experience:
5 years of experience required.
10 years of experience preferred.
2 years of leadership or management experience required.
5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
Extensive experience of progressively responsible positions in a complex healthcare related organization such as multi-hospital system, consulting firm or healthcare services company.
Experience supporting healthcare mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, with a proven track record of successfully leading due diligence efforts.
Experience in developing, identifying and executing market-based growth strategies and analytics with the ability to manage pre-transactional due diligence work streams and post-transaction integration and transition activities.
Experience working collaboratively with senior executives, Boards, physicians and key internal and external constituencies to facilitate idea generation, strategic discussion and decision-making, and change management.
