Eichelberger Realty, LLC is looking for a full time person to do general maintenance in our 400+ rental units.
This is the set of skills we are needing:
PLUMBING: snake drains, snake toilets, install toilet flush valves and flappers, back flush toilets, install full sink, replace faucets, and fix drains
ELECTRICAL: replace outlets and light switches, replace ceiling fans, replace light fixtures, change breakers and fuses.
APPLIANCES: know basic workings of refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers and garbage disposals. Install dishwashers, install garbage disposals.
EXTERIOR: replace and install window screens, replace broken window panes.
HVAC: change thermostat, change thermostat batteries, change furnace filter.
GENERAL MAINTENANCE: patch and paint walls, install deadbolt and handle locks, install interior knobs, caulk, install weather stripping, repair floor
We are looking for a "jack of all trades, master of none". Pay starts at $22/hr
We provide daily fuel compensation.
