Immediate positions available for EXPERIENCED APARTMENT painters. MUST have experience in painting vacant apartments, residential homes, commercial, interior and exterior. MUST have RELIABLE transportation. Must be clean and RELIABLE. Have the skills to complete a quality paint job in a relatively reasonable time. Must be able to handle colors at certain properties. Key Responsibilities:
Production Painting
Prep and protect all surfaces before painting
Complete the job in allowed amount of time given
Understand the scope of work
Grasp the understanding of the use of equipment
Fill out job sheets clearly and correctly
Accountable for quality of work
