J&K Hauling is a family-owned trash hauling business built on long-standing relationships with our customers. We provide (garage, backdoor, carry out) residential trash service. We’re looking for a reliable team member to help us provide excellent service. The job involves driving a standard pickup truck with a dump body down each customer’s driveway, manually collecting trash, and loading it into the truck.
Requirements:
· Ability to lift 50+ pounds
· Clean driving record
· Physically fit and a very careful driver
· Must pass a background check
· Friendly and professional when interacting with customers daily
· Strong work ethic, trustworthy, and good communication skills
Work Schedule & Details:
· 4-day workweek (Monday thru Friday)-currently Wednesdays off but this is subject to change
· Workdays begin around 4:45 a.m. in Bridgeton, MO (Earth City area)
· End times vary each day—flexibility is important
· We work most holidays except for Christmas. If Christmas falls on a Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, or Friday, we make up the missed day on one of the usual days off.
Compensation:
· Starting pay: $900 per week before taxes, this is a W 2 job
· Quarterly bonuses available
