Main responsibilities to include operating machines and equipment used in the manufacturing of precision products and working to effectively meet or exceed expectations for product quality and production rates.
SKILLS:
-Setup, maintain and trouble shoot CNC Swiss Machines to 38mm
-Knowledge of FANUC and Mitsubishi controls ( ability to program and edit a plus)
-Proficient blueprint reading skills (geometric tolerancing)
-Strong inspection knowledge and skills ( micrometer, comparator, thread gages etc)
-Work effectively with coworkers
-Attention to detail
-Ability to work overtime
