We are seeking a highly motivated and competitive Independent Telesales Life Insurance Agent to join our team and drive the expansion of our final expense life insurance division. As an insurance professional, your primary responsibility will be to understand the client's specific insurance needs and offer tailored solutions.

As an Independent Telesales Life Insurance Agent in the final expense life insurance industry, you will play a crucial role in promoting our insurance products and services. This will involve engaging with potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our offerings, and effectively closing sales. Additionally, you will actively contribute to our marketing efforts and stay updated on industry trends to provide informed recommendations to clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Understanding the client's insurance needs and recommending the proper coverage type and amount

Accurately collecting information from clients on their risk profiles in order to offer them the proper solution

Properly submitting insurance coverage requests on behalf of clients to available insurance carriers

Frequently replenishing job-specific knowledge and applying it

Fulfilling all company-established policy obligations and remaining compliant with all life insurance laws and regulations

REQUIREMENT & SKILLS:

Current life insurance license for one or more states (10 plus States preferred for outbound calls | 20 plus States preferred for inbound calls)

Proven experience as a Telesales Insurance Agent

Good comprehension of life insurance plans

Ability to effectively work with computers (e-Apps, Google Apps like Chat, Chrome, Gmail, Drive, etc.) and understand and interpret standard statistical findings

Goal-oriented with a can-do attitude and drive to achieve personal financial goals

Excellent verbal communication and phone skills

Must have own computer, phone, and internet connection to work remotely

Must be available and willing to undergo onboarding training before selling, which takes approximately 8-hours to complete.
