World Wide Technology, Inc. (WWT) has an opening for Associate Analyst - Customer Experience as part of our Internal IT Application Services Team in St. Louis, MO.

World Wide Technology, Inc. currently has an opportunity available for an Associate Analyst on the Customer Experience team located at our headquarters in St. Louis, MO. The Customer Experience team supports [DK1] three distinct applications: Pivot, Comet and Asset Insite. These applications support our inside sales teams, account managers, and our external customers. The team's applications are high visibility and currently being used by our WWT internal users and external customers around the globe. You will work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team consisting of other Developers, Analysts, Architects and Product Owners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with business stakeholders and the Product Owner to gather, analyze and define business requirements.
  • Work with the software developers to provide functional details of the business request and work with them to deliver a technical solution.
  • Testing the end-to-end solution to ensure complete satisfaction of internal and external users
  • Participate in the on-going development and support of IT applications in our Customer Experience organization.
  • Analyze data flow within the WWT order process across various boundary applications and custom web applications to resolve issues and to identify process improvements.
  • Create training documents, QA flows and work instructions so that solutions can be implemented and used by end users.
Skills Required
  • Bachelors, Masters or MBA degree in relevant area, preferably in Computer Science or Management Information Systems
  • 0-3 years experience in performing business or systems analysis
  • Ability to understand user requirements and translate into technical requirements.
  • Fundamental understanding of SQL and relational databases.
  • Ability to be self-directed and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to thrive in an Agile environment with evolving requirements
  • Ability to be innovative and present alternative solutions, both functionally and technically
  • Must be collaborative, team oriented and possess strong interpersonal communication skills
