If your resume is selected you will receive a call from our call center 888.534.6089, it is to conduct the initial screening which lasts about 15 minutes; if we do not reach you we will send a text before moving on to the next candidate.
After the initial screening, If you are interested in the position and your initial screening reveals a good potential fit we will send you a formal package with pay structure & example, Field Management Software demo and conference call-in number for final screening and Q&A with our National Service Manager. The call lasts about 45 mins and is sometimes done in a group setting with other vetted applicants.
Your acceptance or decline of the position will be expected shortly after the call with our N.S.M. If you accept you'll be emailed your contract via DocuSign, private logins for our Field Management Software, be scheduled a remote training of the software (which lasts about 30 minutes) and deployed for work within 48 hours of training.

We are recruiting for a Serviceman to repair all home appliances on-site. You will cover Fort Mill, Steele Creek, Gastonia, Belmont, Southwest Charlotte, Rock Hill, and Clover. Although not required, if you have Refrigerator Compressor Repair experience and the tools to perform, please call us asap!
Service Center FTC/ PART's Brand Servicers has operated for over 4 years. We are a National Service Partner for major Retailers, Manufacturers, and Extended Coverage Providers including Lowes, Home Depot, Samsung, LG, and Allstate to name a few. Our HQ is based out of Charlotte, NC which is also one of our main dispatch locations to every state we cover in the U.S.
We currently have 20 Technicians remotely operating in 8 states. We are recruiting 2 Appliance Technicians only, for immediate start, as soon as a few days after screening. This is not an hourly position. Our Full-Time Technicians bring home no less than $5,000 monthly, working fulltime M-F. Our Limited Availability Technicians bring home no less than $1,500 monthly in additional income working part-time. Compensation is based on production. Our Technicians are 1099 Contractors.
If you are currently employed, we will work around your schedule. We start all new Technicians with a minimum work order volume during the first week or two. You may be initially scheduled no more than 1-5 stops daily.
During your initial week, we will assess your promptness, attendance, communication, skill, professionalism & ability to use our Field Management Software. After which we will increase your work order volume significantly at your request.
You must be able to work remotely, in your home coverage area, without supervision. You must be able to communicate frequently & effectively with both our Customers & our Back-office.
Please note, with an abundance of technology available at our disposal our hiring process is near 100% remote. We hire, pending background and drug screening, 90% of our existing Technicians after a series of phone screenings, conferences and emails.
Upon start, your first payday is deposited the Friday of your 3rd work week, and every other week thereafter.
Although drug and background may be required, our company culture is very relaxed. This is not a traditional work environment, those accustomed to working with supervision or being micromanaged will not thrive in our system.
Communication with support staff often occurs via text message, Kik, email or Skype. We offer extreme flexibility.

What we require of you:
You MUST have Appliance Repair experience or be Mechanically inclined with enough electrical knowledge to use a multi-meter correctly.
Reliable vehicle

Tools (Hand Tools, Multi-meter, Small Shopvac, Small Steamer, Drill, Wrenches, Leak Detector)
Floor protector
Ability to work in a collaborative culture
