- Overview: Alpine Property Management is a growing, niche property management firm based in Big Sky. We are hiring Portfolio Manager to oversee administrative and operational functions of multiple Condo/Homeowners Associations (C/HOAs) within a designated portfolio. The Community Manager is the primary liaison with HOA Boards, responsible for facilitating communication, preparing for and leading meetings, managing budgets, overseeing capital projects, and ensuring compliance with Association standards. This role involves comprehensive oversight of administrative tasks, strategic planning, and leadership to ensure the effective management of each Association. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication, and a strategic approach to balancing operational efficiency with owner satisfaction. We are hiring and training team members for the long term with opportunities to advance and develop with a growing company.
The position is full-time, 9 a.m.-5 p.m., in Big Sky. Carpooling opportunities with Bozeman / Belgrade / 4-Corners team may be available.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
-Supervision of Operations Manager: Oversee Operations Manager Integration and Performance; Performance Reviews and Process Improvement
-Insurance Renewals and Risk Management: Manage Insurance Renewals; Liaise with Insurance Brokers
-Board and Annual Meeting Preparation and Facilitation
-Board Communication and Relationship Management
-Capital Expense Project Management: Project Planning; Bidding and Vendor Selection; Project Oversight
-Annual HOA/COA Budget Development
-Invoice and Billing Auditing
-Owner Communication and Newsletters
-Contract Management: Vendor Contract Oversight; Contractor Relationship Management
- Skills Required:
-Task Delegation and Collaboration
-Conflict Resolution
-Familiarity with OneDrive, Microsoft Office, and Excel
-Documentation and Record Keeping
-Proficiency with Budgeting and Financial Reporting
-Proven ability to supervise and motivate teams, manage complex projects, and build relationships with diverse stakeholders
-Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field preferred. CMCA or equivalent certification is a plus.
