As the Customer Experience Manager, you will be the heart & voice of Yard Guard. You will get to work alongside an amazing team who has the pleasure of interacting with our loyal customers and talking to those who have not yet experienced our genuine customer service.

Job Responsibilities Include:
-Care about our customers and the service you provide
-Training and mentoring your team
-Coaching your team on objections & customer care (listening to call recordings & doing mock calls)
-Updating daily, weekly, monthly company scorecards
-Comfortable giving kind, but honest feedback
Ability to document & improve systems
Requirements:
-Ability turn on a computer and answer a phone
-Be someone your team can look up to
-2-5+ years experience managing customer service and/or sales
-Experience in home services would be a plus, but everyone brings value from different experiences, we can teach you about plants
-Focus on self development

We are hiring a year round position for a seasonal business. Our summer season runs from April to November, then we do holiday lights for November & December. We don’t work weekends, but we are busier in the spring and have much more flexibility over the winter months. The staff here love to ski and travel in the winter. Required 45 sabbatical after four years ;).
