Position Details:
Hours: 30-40 hours per week, with a mix of both serving and floor management shifts.
Experience Required: Minimum 5+ years of restaurant experience (management experience is a plus but not required).
Skills: Strong leadership qualities, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the General Manager with day-to-day tasks.
Lead and motivate the team during shifts to ensure smooth operations and outstanding guest service.
Train new employees and support ongoing staff development.
Resolve conflicts and maintain high morale among staff.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
