Job Description:
We are looking to hire a Pizza Truck Manager to drive and fire our 1952 GMC pizza truck for private events. As well as able to execute private in-home chef events with training.
This is a Full Time position with Lafoley Kitchen catering and private chef company, we have been operating in the Gallatin Valley going on 19 years. Our ideal candidate will be able to drive a manual transmission and have prior pizza experience.
Position Responsibilities:
Execute pizza truck events
Execute in-home private chef events
Manage the serving staff and all aspects to accomplish events
Bring events to fruition from shopping to prep to the actual dinner
Know and coach sanitation and food handling practices
Work well with others and give direction in a positive way that encourages a great working environment
Multitask and prioritize in a short period of time
Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license (no special license required)
Comfortability driving large manual transmission heavy truck (will train)
Attention to detail
Ability to delegate and manage a crew with a good attitude
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Maintain a professional appearance at all times
Being committed and flexible enough to accommodate last minute events
Ability to speak with clients in a professional manner and be comfortable rolling with any last-minute changes
Carrying or lifting items that weigh more than 50 pounds occurs often
Compensation:
Per hr $22-30, or Salary with Benefits DOE
Paid drive time, generous PTO with flexible family friendly company
