SAWDUST & STEEL BREWING NOW HIRING BEERTENDER & CELLARPERSON
Part-Time Positions or Combined Role for Full-Time Hours

ABOUT THE POSITION
Sawdust & Steel Brewing is seeking dependable, team-oriented people who love great beer and community. We currently have openings for both a Beertender and a Cellarperson, with the opportunity to combine both roles into a fuller-time position for the right candidate.
BEERTENDER RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service in the taproom
Pour and serve beer accurately and responsibly
Operate POS system and handle transactions
Maintain a clean, organized bar and guest area
Restock and assist with daily taproom operations
Support taproom events and merchandise sales
Represent the Sawdust & Steel brand positively
Ideal for someone who: enjoys people, has strong communication skills, and thrives in a social, fast-paced environment.
Pay: Starts at $12/hour, with an increase to $13/hour after 90 days, plus tips and staff perks
CELLARPERSON RESPONSIBILITIES
Clean, fill, and move kegs (must be able to lift 55+ lbs)
Assist with beer transfers, packaging, and general brewhouse maintenance
Maintain cleanliness of hoses, fittings, and tanks
Follow all safety and sanitation protocols
Help organize cold storage and support deliveries as needed
Ideal for someone who: is hands-on, detail-oriented, and eager to learn the production side of craft beer.
Hourly pay based on experience
