We are looking for a Kitchen Opener, to start training as soon as possible for a permanent position. Would be scheduled 4 days per week (approx. 20 hrs). Standard shift starts at 6:30am. No matter the shift, you would always be done by 5pm. Must be 18 years old or older for this specific position. Pay varies depending on position and experience, but Kitchen Openers usually take home $19.50+ after including generous tips and after training ($14.50 hourly plus $4-7 per hour tips). Also, most employees are eligible to participate in a Retirement Plan with additional 3% employer matching. Long-term, capable, responsible, reliable, and friendly workers have opportunities for more hours and advancement over time, as we build up our team. Traits that generally are a strong indicators for a good fit for this position include getting joy out of breaking personal best records, perky in the morning, able to deal playing cards quickly, good at dexterity games like Speed Stacking or Hand Clapping Games, ability to read quickly and accurately, and good at video games like Papa's Pancakeria or Root Beer Tapper.
We are a great fit for mothers returning to the workforce, as we are never open in the evenings or Sundays, so we can frequently work around school schedules or kid drop offs. Willing to hire homeschoolers and work with their schedules.
While we do hire some 14 year olds, but for this specific position we are required to hire 18 years old or older. All ages 18+ encouraged to apply.
