We are hiring a new front office employee - someone to be the first person our patients see when they walk in the door and the last they see as they walk out. We need this person to be upbeat with excellent interpersonal skills. The job includes scheduling and confirming appointments, answering phones, registering new patients and updating information for current patients, as well as working with our providers and assistants throughout the day. The office is located in Kalispell and the pay is $18-22 per hour depending on experience.
