The Whitefish Superwash Inc. has an immediate opening for a General Manager at our Whitefish location. We are looking for a “hands-on” motivated self-starter who takes pride of ownership and supervises as opposed to needing supervision. You naturally lead others by setting a positive example for them to follow. While past car wash experience would definitely be a strong asset it is not a requirement.
Are you someone who is honest, loyal and hardworking who can juggle multiple daily demands including, but not limited to: customer service, staffing, inventory control, maintenance, scheduling, troubleshooting, and cleaning, then this position could be for you. Other desired personal attributes include:
- Mechanical aptitude
- People person
- Good communicator
- Physically fit
- Quick learner
- Respectful
- Not afraid of heights or getting your hand dirty
- Able to work weekends
This position involves a rotating work schedule of 4 days - 4 days off, resulting in your workdays changing week-to-week. We are offer a competitive starting hourly wage of $25/hr along with performance bonuses and room to grow.
