Office Assistant (North Kalispell)
Compensation: Hourly

Business hours: 8 to 5, M-F
Our company is currently seeking an Office Assistant to join our team. We are a growing company that supports our employees by fair compensation and promoting a positive work/life balance.
Must have a customer service mentality and ability to problem-solve and the drive to help grow the business. Must be a self-starter, detail-oriented individual, who confidently works independently, but enjoys being part of a team. Must have a positive personality and excellent written and verbal communication.
Responsibilities:
Answering busy office phones. Communicating with customers and other team members.
Scheduling Customer Service Calls.
Accounts Receivable process - Invoicing customers and collections.
Data entry and administrative duties.
Communicate with clients in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1-year office experience
QuickBooks Online Experience a plus, but not required.
Proficient in Excel, Word, and email
Ability to create detailed workflows and follow tasks accurately.
Strong work ethic and "team player" mentality.
Ability to prioritize and multitask.
Exceptional analytical and problem resolution skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Deadline and detail-oriented.
Note: Office Dog and Office Cat will be present daily.
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive hourly pay, based on experience.

Training provided.
