We’re seeking a technically skilled IT Support & ERP Systems Project Manager with strong problem-solving abilities. This dual-role combines hands-on IT support with project management to keep our ERP systems and IT platforms optimized and reliable.
You’ll troubleshoot hardware, software, and ERP issues, respond to user queries, and implement solutions quickly to minimize downtime. You’ll also collaborate with our Development team and department leaders to manage ERP projects, improve systems, and support cross-functional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day ERP and IT support, including troubleshooting system errors, user access, integrations, and reporting issues.
Administer and maintain Microsoft Windows operating systems, ensuring updates, security, and stability.
Manage Jump Cloud platform for user identity, access, and device management.
Administer Google Workspace (G-Suite) accounts, permissions, and security settings.
Coordinate with ERP consultants for escalated issues, upgrades, and new module implementations.
Lead ERP-related projects from initiation to completion, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
Collaborate with department leaders to translate business requirements into ERP and IT solutions.
Manage project timelines and resources to ensure successful delivery.
Develop and deliver training materials, user guides, and change management communications.
Ensure data integrity, system security, and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in ERP system support, IT system administration, and/or project management.
Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
Hands-on experience administering Windows operating systems, identity/access management platforms, and cloud productivity tools.
Proven experience managing technical projects; PMP or similar certification a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
Strong organizational and problem solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with ERP system implementations or upgrades.
Knowledge of database management, integrations, or SQL.
Familiarity with IT best practices for security, compliance, and data governance.
