Construction Laborer/Property Maintenance Duties & Responsibilities
This job generally requires the ability to do the following types of work:
Clear out debris from structures under construction or being torn down.
Unload and carry building materials to appropriate locations on the site.
Position and secure materials within structures.
Operate power tools.
Effectively comprehend instructions they receive from their supervisors.
Work collaboratively with other team members.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Adhere to all company safety requirements.
Construction Laborer/Property Maintenance Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience as a property maintenance technician or in a similar role.
Plumbing and electrical experience advantageous.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 70 pounds without assistance.
Dexterity and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Available to work on weekends, if required.
Part to Full time hourly position. Starting rate $14.00-$20.00/hr DOE.
