VanEngen Law Office, PC is hiring a part-time (9-1, M-F) on-site role for an Administration Assistant. As an Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to support the office operations. This includes managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, organizing files, and assisting with general office duties. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Must have a minimum of 2 years office experience.
Qualifications
Prior experience in an administrative role is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent
